Experience

2024 — Present

Consultant / Technical Lead

Myridius — client: The Walt Disney Company

I look after several of the client's applications and design the services behind them, then write the documentation the other teams build against. Much of the work is rebuilding older screens without losing what people already relied on, and reviewing other developers' code before it ships. I keep the result working at any screen size and usable by anyone — the whole application can be tabbed through, and it holds up for people who never see it.

2021 — 2024

Frontend Developer

Coherent Technology

I built a web application on the company's Spark API that turned spreadsheet models into something a person could actually use, working with the design team on how it looked and behaved. I also wrote the SDK that let other developers run those models against very large datasets, and stayed on for the incidents and debugging once it was live.

2020 — 2021

NodeJS Developer

Quess Philippines — client: AXA Philippines

I maintained an existing insurance application and steadily made it faster, moved it onto newer technology, and designed new features around what the client asked for. The work ran across several scrum teams, so a good part of the job was staying aligned with people I did not sit with.

2017 — 2020

Software Developer

Leekie Enterprises

I designed and built new web applications shaped to what the business needed, including integrations with third-party products, and ran the research and proofs of concept for the more speculative ideas. The teams were small and cross-functional, so I had to understand the business process as well as the code. Employee of the Year, 2018–19.
